To open and use a betmabet Account, you must be at least 21 years old, possess legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and use the Platform only from a location where such activity is permitted. You are responsible for keeping your username, password, security answers, and authentication codes confidential. You must not allow another person, including a family member, to access your Account. Any activity completed with valid Account credentials may be treated as authorised unless betmabet was notified of suspected compromise before that activity occurred.
If you suspect unauthorised access, you must change your credentials and contact support promptly. betmabet may temporarily lock the Account, request additional evidence, or reverse pending instructions while the matter is investigated.
betmabet may conduct KYC, age, source-of-funds, affordability, sanctions, fraud, and payment-ownership checks before or after accepting a Deposit or Wager. Members may be asked to provide a valid MyKad, passport, or driving licence, a recent proof of address, a selfie holding the identification document, and evidence that a bank account or e-wallet belongs to them.
Documents must be clear, valid, unaltered, and submitted through the secure verification channel specified by betmabet. Reviews commonly take 24 to 48 hours, although complex cases may require longer. Withdrawals may remain pending until all requested checks have been completed satisfactorily.
A Member who supplies false, misleading, forged, or stolen documentation commits a material breach of these Terms. betmabet may suspend the Account, void affected transactions, retain records as legally required, and refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority.
The Platform may be used only for personal entertainment. Commercial exploitation, account sharing, collusion, match manipulation, automated wagering, scraping, reverse engineering, payment fraud, money laundering, and attempts to interfere with betmabet systems are prohibited.

Deposits must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered Member. Availability, minimum and maximum limits, and processing periods may vary by Account, method, and verification status.
Account balances are generally displayed in Malaysian Ringgit. Where a transaction originates in another currency or a cryptocurrency, the applicable conversion rate may be determined when the transaction is processed. Banks, e-wallets, blockchain networks, or payment intermediaries may impose their own fees, which are outside betmabet's control.
Eligible withdrawals should ordinarily be returned to a verified payment method held in the Member's name. betmabet may require withdrawal through the original deposit channel or another verified method where operational, security, or anti-fraud considerations require it. Published processing periods are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude delays caused by banks, networks, incomplete KYC, or security reviews.
Unauthorised chargebacks, payment reversals, or false transaction disputes may lead to Account suspension and recovery of the resulting amount, together with reasonable administrative costs where permitted. A Member should contact betmabet support before initiating a payment dispute so that the transaction can first be reviewed.
Promotions may carry separate rules concerning eligibility, minimum Deposit, qualifying games, wagering contribution, validity period, maximum conversion, withdrawal limits, and excluded payment methods. Those specific rules form part of these Terms and prevail over this general clause where an inconsistency arises.
Unless the relevant offer states otherwise, a Bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash until its wagering requirement has been completed. Different products may contribute at different percentages. Voided, refunded, hedged, or low-risk wagers may not contribute. Bonus balances may expire if no qualifying activity occurs within the stated period.
betmabet may cancel a Bonus and associated winnings where a Member uses duplicate Accounts, coordinated betting, opposing wagers, irregular play patterns, or any strategy primarily intended to secure promotional value without genuine risk. A Wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by betmabet. Members must check selections, odds, stake, and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a Wager cannot ordinarily be changed or cancelled at the Member's request.
Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and live football, are settled using the official result recognised by betmabet at the time of settlement. Subsequent changes, disciplinary decisions, or statistical corrections may not affect an already settled Wager unless the applicable market rule states otherwise.
Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the relevant game system. If a connection fails after a Wager has been accepted, the server record will determine the result. In the event of a manifest odds error, incorrect pay table, software malfunction, or settlement mistake, betmabet may void or correct the affected transaction to reflect the intended market or game rules.
Final record: Subject to evidence of manifest error, the Platform's transaction logs, game records, and accepted-bet data constitute the authoritative record of Account activity.
betmabet provides entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Members should set a realistic budget, avoid using money required for living expenses, take regular breaks, and never chase losses. Gambling must not be treated as employment, an investment, or a guaranteed way to earn income.

Members receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Platform for lawful entertainment.
No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, republished, framed, reverse-engineered, or used to create a competing service without prior written permission. This clause does not transfer any ownership right to a Member.
betmabet takes reasonable steps to maintain a stable and secure Platform but does not warrant uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free availability. A Member may request closure through the support channel available inside the Platform. Closure remains subject to the settlement of pending Wagers, verification checks, outstanding disputes, and lawful record-retention duties.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the entity operating betmabet and the jurisdiction stated in its operational arrangements, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent required, and the remaining Terms will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
